I work with my client’s conscious experience, while helping him or her understand that sometimes their self-limiting behaviours are being driven by thoughts, feelings and beliefs of which they are unaware and where my professional insight as a psychotherapist comes into play.
My coaching approach incudes Neuro-linguistic Programming, CBT, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
Taking the time to truly connect with my clients and learn about my clients as individuals before the ‘coaching work’ starts,
I also focus a great deal on my client’s real interactions within the various social systems in which they are embedded. The more I understand the social and practical realities of their life, the better able I am to help them in therapy and in coaching.
As a registered Therapist my priority is my clients’ well-being and needs and helping them navigate changes and challenges whilst maintaining a strong and healthy sense of self.
